The Cox Farms annual Fall Festival is located on 90-acres of land in Centreville, Virginia. For thousands of locals and visitors alike, fall just wouldn’t be complete with out a visit to this family friendly fall hot spot. The festival comes complete with hayrides, giant slides, farm animals, and of course, lots of pumpkins!

Open Daily from September 18 through November 7, 2021
10AM – 6PM in September and October (Last entry at 5PM)
10AM – 5PM in November (Last entry at 4PM)
The Corner Market is open daily from September 18 through November 21, 2021

Admission
- Tickets are only available online, not in person
- Cost of admission varies depending on the day you plan on visiting
- Tickets are required for everyone 2 years old and older (under 24 months is free)
Birthday Parties
Cox Farms offers party options during the Fall Festival. They include Party Place Parties or DIY Parties. Check out the Cox Farms website for more information.
Tips, Etcetera
- COVID-19 protocols are in place. Please check their website for up-to-date information.
- Seniors over the age of 60 with ID get 10% off purchases every Tuesday at the Festival Market and Corner Market
- Get $6 tickets when you arrive from 4-5 on Discount and Value Weekdays in October, except Oct 11 & Oct 29 (Does not include a free small pumpkin)
- Changing stations available
- Some of the grounds are hilly and paths are gravel, not paved. If you need to bring a stroller, be sure to bring one with big wheels just for ease of travel
